Arby`s Restaurant in Kitchener

Parking lot horrible! Watch out for the massive pothole when you enter right close to a handicapped parking space lol. It can damage your car! I've contacted Arby's Canada and still not fixed a month later. Also parking lot floods out around the back with a good rain. I like this restaurant, the food etc is always good. Just wish they'd fix the lousy entrance. May avoid this location for a while.

Not like it used to be. Cheddar roast beef.. Small amount of beef..little cheese. Fries cold. Husbands was the same. 22.00 wow. Not going back. Swiss Chalet is 15.99 for 2 people.

I think the people here know me well... let’s just say I get sent here about once a week (or more) as my pregnant wife keeps having cravings for the roast beef sandwich. Always fresh and they get the order right every time. You must give it a try.

My favorite Arby's! I've been coming here since the 80's. The location has been remodeled, but it still reminds me of my childhood and my first Valentine's Day with my husband. :)

Always liked the alternative fast food. Arby's roast beef sandwich is my favorite. The wife loves the curly fries. There are only 2 in the area and a bit out of the way. So I don't get there often enough.

Visited your restaurant today and I have to say the person at the drive thru window was amazing. It's nice to see some one so enthusiastic and professional about their job, compared to the usual ho-hum attitude provided by most other businesses these days. Keep up the good work. I will return.

Great food, love the roast beef with Arby's sauce. Curly fries are a nice treat, and I usually always get them, but I've had their straight cut fries before and they are some of the best fast food fries available. Chicken bacon Swiss burger is also very tasty, and the market fresh sandwiches are very good.

I had not been to Arby's in years but they were fast, friendly and accurate with our order. I had a delicious chicken burhernwith fresh toppings and of course the curly fries.

Going to Arby's is uncommon for me just because neither KW location is close to me. The location in St Jacobs was always an 11/10. Training store displayed on the wall. This location on Victoria has always met expectations until now. After ordering a beef n cheddar in the last month at both locations, and both were cold, lacking cheese and were very disappointing. I hope that quality improves at both locations.

One of my fav places for take out. I absolutely adore the 3 meat and cheese sandwich - their poutine is wonderful with the curly fries.And for dessert the blueberry turnover is delicious! The filling is a much more generous portion size then you'd expect or are used too, the frosting on top is good, and the pastry is always flaky and the right combination of flaky and moist.

The food is, by fast food standards, good which may sound unfriendly but is in fact compliment enough. I've eaten there and would again. The main selling point in a they're still cleaning their tables and floors. How many times have we gone into a fast food joint, I won't name names, and found the tables sticky with pop, crumby with bits of bun and/or discarded wrappers and paper boxes? Too many. This place was at least clean, the floors swept. Yes, I'd definitely eat here again.

Great for a snack. The filling are grating smaller, and you can't get home fries anymore. The curly fries always leave a horrible taste afterwards

Smoked meat slider was cold, and the curly fries were at least half hour old and we're not fresh. You can do better Arby's, my money is always the same quality so should the food you serve.

Clean place. Good for a quick hectic weeknight bite.
